The Luxembourg National Library has digitized all issues since 1895 and made them available open access on eluxemburgensia.lu (“autres titres”) under the titles “Ons Hémecht” (1895–1939) and “Hémecht” (since 1948, with a two-year limitation period).

[The easiest way to get to this journal is by selecting "Periodicals" and them choose Hemecht.  If you put in a search term here you will get the article you desire.]  For example Guy MAY. "La Ville de Luxembourg en l'an 1732" is a six part series giving an extraction of the 1732 census of Luxembourg.    If you put in the date, for example 1963, you will get a list of all digitized issues from that date.
