Stipend adjustments:
Annual Professional Development Fund of $30,000 to support student conference presentation, attendance, and materials to support teaching techniques and research development
Stronger non-discrimination language
100% Health Insurance Coverage for individual plan members of the bargaining unit
60% Dental Insurance Coverage for optional individual student dental insurance plans
Side letter of understanding for temporary absence due to sickness or personal injury (shared below)
Process for converting fellowship awards into TA/RA positions at the University for the purposes of recognition under the Collective Bargaining Agreement
