I study structural geology and tectonics and their interactions with surface processes in orogenic systems and subduction zones.
(1) Regional tectonic evolution and terrane accretion processes
(2) 3D structural geometry, kinematics, and evolution across depths and timescales
(3) Tectonic–surface process interactions, from long-term landscape evolution to active tectonic geomorphology
(4) Geodynamics and geomechanics of the lithosphere
