It is possible to find different types of programmes and websites to help teachers create their own exercises. These are several examples:

- Hot Potatoes. A suite of applications to create crosswords, gap-filling activities...

- TextToys includes shareware softawe for creating two types of activities: Sequitur and Rhubarb.

- Puzzlemaker allows users to create different kinds of puzzles to be printed out.

- GenEmpire helps create cryptograms, multiple-choice tests and many other puzzles or activities to be printed and used in the classroom.

- CD Rayuela. Software aimed at creating exercises for learning Spanish.
