Design and optimisation of navigation systems for solar powered flight

Goals:

Provide energy/time optimal paths for solar UAVs in a large environmentally complex area,  which are robust against weather variation.

The algorithm extracts relevant information from weather data and recomputes the optimal path  in real time to handle extreme variation in weather conditions.
