A few pictures and schemes of the lab work of Henry Dai during his MEng Project (collaboration with Limosaero)
Goals:
Provide energy/time optimal paths for solar UAVs in a large environmentally complex area, which are robust against weather variation.
The algorithm extracts relevant information from weather data and recomputes the optimal path in real time to handle extreme variation in weather conditions.
