Hi everyone,

I have got some troubles for gathering all submitted homeworks of yours. I cannot distinguish you from Meiho1 or Meiho2 due to your untitled submitted e-mails. Therefore, could you please fill an attached form?! Be sure that all your personal information will be unpublished.

BTW, please address the tittle of your e-mail as follows: X_Y_HWZ, where: X, Y, Z stand for your class name (e.g. Meiho1 or Meiho2), sub-group name, numbered off homework, respectively. For example, Meiho1_1_HW1, Meiho1_1_HW2, Meiho1_1_HW3, Meiho2_1_HW1, etc.
