The Frontiers Living History Group was started in April 2008
by Don Mclean, Garry Mappin ( Mappo ) and Jenny and Gary Baker
and their daughters Kaitlin and Indiana Baker
They had all been members of The Blue and The Grey Re-enactors which did the American Civil War period, but who had decided that they wanted to undertake doing a different time period of the Fur Trade era.
The Baker Family and Mappo were also members of Hodegon NVG medieval club.
Hodegon NVG & Frontiers clubs
In June 2016 with now so many of the Frontiers club members also being in Hodegon NVG Club . It was decided that it would be best to shut Hodegon NVG shut down and merged the club into the Frontiers living History Group and widen the time periods undertaken so club member's could do any time period they wanted to.
