CS23 © 1996

Initialy designed for WiF 5th Edition, it was included in the early days of the Final Edition.

Changes between CS23 © 1993 and CS23 © 2007

CS23 from 2007 was totaly redone from the 1996 (WiF 5) one, it now contains :

• • Reprints of counters from CS25 (Late war kits, GBA) (which does not preclude from using LiF).

  • Reprints of ship counters at SiF scale for ships printed on CS30.

  • New Counters (City-Based Volunteers, Ships, Planes, Russian Carrier Planes).

  • Old units from MiF (ENG, FORT, Supply units, MECH & MOT DIV).
