Changes between CS15 © 1994 and CS15 © 1997
The countersheet was made up to the standards of WiF FE from WiF 5. Adaptation of the old artillery values (WiF 5) to the new WiF FE system
• Generic Minor Countries DIV removed
• Czechoslovakia, Poland, Turkey and Spain get an INF DIV each
• Sweden get a SKI DIV
• DIV all change some are added most get faster, but few are now more than 1 SP
• Every MP had 1 INF DIV (usually the strongest) replaced by a (1-5) CAV DIV
• Some MP got an extra MOT and/or MECH DIV
• The ARM, MECH and MOT DIVs got more powerful (ie. the CW (1-5) ARM MAR is now a (2-6) ARM MAR)
• The lowest ARM div combat factor is 2 (vs 1 previously)
• INF divisions now range from 1 to 2 combat factors (no 3s)
• Germans get 5 SS DIV vs. 3
• ART come in 3 movement classes now, towed, motorized, and self-propelled
• Most ART (not AA or AT) increased in value by 1
• AA guns are all faster, but still red (most Heavy AA is dated later)
• The really large AA guns (ie. 127mm with 5 combat factors) no longer have red or pink circles
• AT guns are faster
• Old AMPH removed
• The Queens removed
• Minisubs are SiF style counters with 2 cycles to produce.
