Students will create a brochure of a vacation spot in the francophone world in French.
Materials : Travel information, glue, colored pens, paper, magazine...
Preparation :
Choose a spot in the francophone world that interests you.
Then gather information about the place, using atlases, magazines, catalogs, newspaper articles and google...
1. Make a list of information tourist might need for their particular destination, including attractions, average weather conditions, local customs, currency etc.
2. Organize your material and notes and begin planning your brochure. Look up unfamiliar words that you will need. Check the spelling!!
3. Present your brochure to the class in 5 min maximum.

Projet 2 L' Afrique francophone WEBQUEST
A group of Somerset Academy students are considering going to Africa to practice their French next summer....
Unfortunately, they have a large choice of Francophone countries and they can't agree on which country to pick. To solve this problem, they have asked Mme Calle´s french classes to provide them with historical and travel information on French Speaking Countries in Africa.
Our assignment is to gather information on all the countries. Once all the information is gathered, you must then make a recommendation as to which country the high school students should visit.
Your Task
1. You will be assigned one of the following French speaking countries/regions. Only one destination per person or per couple.
2. Only after you have a country/region, you need to register your name and country/region with Mme Calle. Once this is done, you may continue with your tasks.
3. ADVICE Now get valuable information on how to complete your job.
Follow the directions so you will obtain a successful score on this project.
BROCHURE:
1. Use two 8.5x11" sheets of paper to create your brochure, one for the historical information, the other for the sample itineary.
2. Be sure to find INTERESTING information.
3. Have at least 5 pictures that are used throughout your brochures other than the cover page.
4. Create an attractive front cover with a neat slogan.
4. Use Links to research your country.
5. After completing your project, check your own work with the scoring rubric.

Projet 4 Un monument en 3D de Paris ou un voyage en France
A. Préparez un monument de Paris en 3D que vous nous présenterez en classe.
Cherchez-le, écrivez une petite présentation
