Projet 1 Faisons connaissance

You will make a collage presenting yourself and

showing your favorite and least favorite things and activities

Materials : Magazines, glue or tape, Colored pens or pencils, construction board or poster board (small)

1. Work individually

2. Show graphically who you are : name, age

3. Tell us how you feel with a face

4. Show things and activities you like and you do not like (j'aime / Je n'aime pas)

5. Find pictures in magazines or make your own drawing that illustrate what your likes and dislikes and start writing in French what you want to say in French.

6. You should mount your illustrations around the text on a large sheet of construction paper or posterboard

7. Check the spelling!

8. You will have to read it, so be creative!!

Vous devrez faire à 4 (max) un poster assez grand sur une feuille de carton de couleur avec les données suivantes:

- 1- Nom du pays ou de la région
- 2- Carte du pays ou de la région avec ses villes les plus importantes
- 3- Couleur du drapeau
- 4- Langues Officielles
- 5- Unité monétaire
- 6- Gastronomie
- 7- Photos des personnages importants (politique, culture, musique…)
- 8- Photos des sites touristiques majeurs

POINTS MAX : 100 points

Contenus corrects en français et en anglais 60 % (vérifiez les sources!!)

Originalité 20%

Présentation-aspect 20%

Projet 3 Un power point (20 points extra credit if a video !) due Beginning of February!

Explain the activities you and your friends do, and talk about the seasons, the weather and the schedule of your activities. Put pictures of YOU and YOUR FRIENDS doing those activities.

Organize a nice Menu. Look it up on line but do not copy it like it is. Make it fun, original and personal!

Be inventive. Create colored menus, make it pretty and delicious. Miam, miam!

Projet 4 un video with a song, a poem, a dialogue, a play... Be creative

1. Work individually or with one or 2 people else (groups of 3 max)

2. Sing a song you wrote or one you heard during the year. Danse and make it fun

or read a poem you wrote or you learned during the year or you found on the web. Play it and make it nice!

or play a dialogue you wrote or your learned during the year. Deguise-toi! Dress up!

3. Pronounce as good as you can, or move the mouth nicely so we think you do... :)

4. Learn your lines, do not read !!
