Busy Autumn Ahead!
Staithes Festival is a real treat to be part of. As with all of things arty, you have to say it really quickly to make you believe it will be an easy task. But there will be chips and good company and hopefully lots of enthusiastic people to chat to! That is the evening of the 11th, then the 12th and 13th.
I then have work out in the Crooked Tap with 3 other local Acomb Artists from the 22ndish. And finish with the Annual show of the York Textile Artists in October. Our themed exhibition is 'Fragments of Imagination' but we will also have small individual areas, pop up shop and of course fantastic coffee shop.
Acomb Artists are also doing a little pebble painting In October at Book & Bevs in Acomb. There are other plans for local events or at least Goings On, but they are very much at the coffee and cake discussion stage.
