This was created for the rudder of my Tug boat. The tug boat had a kortz nozzle and moving the rudder from full deflection to full deflection would cause the boat to rock in a non-scale like fashion. This project limits the maximum travel speed, providing a far more scale-like appearance and eradicating rocking from the nozzle.
