Our client is involved with a 10+ year phased re-development of a major housing estate in London.

The brief is to provide flexible welfare and office accommodation that is robust and fit for purpose.

Secure steel sided modular was deemed the most satisfactory due to its maximum useage of space and resistance to vandalism.

Furthermore, our modular design allows for easy dismantling and re-location about the site as works progress.

Off-site manufacture meant that the site groundworks and re-surfacing elements could take place in tandem which allowed for significant lead time reduction.

A combination of changing rooms, stainless steel kitchen area with servery, WC and shower facilities split between a 2-storey modular building took full advantage of the available space.

All site services connections (power / water) were pre-determined and installed prior to delivery of the sections afterwhich simple hook-up to connections enabled the modular complex to be useable almost immediately.
