Partnerships and Support

We have been very thankful for the support and encouragement of Social Welfare Officers and local government officers in past years when identifying children needing assistance, and the same is true as we seek to assist girls who have become pregnant. We depend on local knowledge and voluntary help in implementing the projects, as well as much appreciated overseas financial support to enable us to cover the costs.

Local medical personnel are working towards the provision of clinics at the site and the Trustees are actively seeking other partners, local and international, to join us in targeting medical conditions which have no specialist care in Tanzania, and sometimes little knowledge of cause or treatment.

The Trustees are grateful to all the sponsors and fund-raisers who have been involved with Choba English-Medium school for many years and are continuing their support, which has enabled many of their pupils to become high achievers in some of the best secondary schools in the country. By 2022 most of the first students at Choba have continued into Higher Education.
