Read every day! Reading 20-30 minutes each day is critically important to maintain skills. Ask your child to retell a summary of the story.

Spend some time practicing math skills on ixl.com Please let me know if you need help with your student's login information.

We started our Animal Adaptations unit. Work on gathering more information about your animal and create a model habitat for your animal out of a shoebox. (Optional)

Keep a log of books you've read or minutes read. Remember, you can be adding this to your Silverwood form too.

Google Docs Writing Lessons

*Send a letter to a local nursing home resident who can't have visitors. Send a letter to a grandparent, teacher, or friend.

*Write in a journal

*Write a sequence story using words like, "First, then, next, last."
