Introduction
The Finger Lakes Koryu Kai is a group of individuals dedicated to the practice and study of koryu bujutsu (traditional Japanese martial arts), located in Ithaca, New York. Specifically, our members train in one of two arts: Shinto Muso Ryu and Tenshinsho-den Katori Shinto Ryu.
