Fife Hackspace is managed and run by volunteers, namely Thornton Town Hall Committee Members, herein referred to as the Admin Team. As hackers ourselves we hate making rules almost as much as we hate following them, so we aim to keep this section to the minimum and most of what you read here should be common sense to most. We can however only do this if members and visitors observe the spirit, not just the letter of these rules. They are here first and foremost for your safety, and secondly to prevent annoyance to other members.
All members, prospective members and visitors should make sure that they read and understand all of these rules in full before they sign up to use the space.
All members and visitors are expected to observe the documents listed here and if you continually annoy or endanger others by ignoring these rules, the Admin Team have the right to impose sanctions, as described in the Grievance Procedure.
If you have any questions or suggestions to change/add to these rules then please speak to a member of the Admin Team.
