Teaching Philosophy

• My goals are:

to develop the musical potential of each student through private and group lessons and independent study

to demystify the musical language through listening and theory exercises and creative activities 

to help each student grow musically by working with their unique abilities and learning styles

to provide a variety of opportunities to help students gain confidence in piano performance

to develop enthusiasm for the piano and a heightened curiosity about music.
