The Unsung Heros of the Feast

Many, many people work to put the Feast of the Falls together. No one works harder though than Sueli and her staff in the Dunn Gaherin's kitchen. For many, many hours they do the hard work to prepare 350 servings worth of food.

In any case this would be hard work, but under the meticulous direction and exacting standards of master chef Christopher Osborne, it's even harder.

A special thanks to Sueli & her staff who two years in a row have worked hard to make this event amazing- doing all the hard work prepping your vegetables, herbs, and chicken behind the scenes for the second annual Feast of the Falls.
