CLASSES

RECREATIONAL BOYS AND GIRLS GYMNASTICS

Our recreational gymnastics program is open for all ability levels.

Mini gym, Junior Gym, Pre-teen Gym and Teen Gym are suited for gymnasts who enjoy working on all the apparatus - Bars, Beams, Floor, Trampoline and Vault.

Mini Gym generally are gymnasts aged between 3.5yrs to 6yrs.

Junior Gym generally gymnast are aged between 7yrs to 9yrs.

Pre-teen Gym gymnasts are aged between 10yrs - 12yrs still at primary school.

Teen Gym gymnasts are High School participants or by invitation by coach.

Class structure for levels consists of warm-up, conditioning, circuits on Bars, Beam, trampoline, floor and vault focusing on strength, flexibility, technique and personal goals.

A 1 hour class.

ACRO DISPLAY TEAM

This is an acrobatic display team that will perform at various events throughout the year.

They will work as a whole team, as smaller groups, trios and partner work.

There is an AUDITION process to become a part of the Acro Display Team.
