Facility Rental Policies

The Multi-Purpose Center is available for rental:

• To groups or individuals that are having a function that involves or benefits the community at large.

• To groups or individuals that are having a fundraiser for a community program or charity.

• For events such as class reunions, trade shows, conventions, lectures, etc.

The Multi-Purpose Center is NOT available for rental:

• To indiduals for private parties.

• For political or religious events (rally's, revivals, etc.)

• For ongoing, regularly scheduled meetings, classes or events.

• Any event that would interfere with a Parks & Recreation sheduled function.

Gym reservation Policy:

• Only Parks & Recreation teams may reserve courts. All others are on an "as available" basis.

Rental Fees & Deposits:

• Meting and conference rooms - $20/hour

• Upstairs room - $15/hour

• Entire Building - $150/hour, $250 security deposit

• Kitchen (cater use only) $20/hour, $50 security deposit

Security deposits will be returned if there are no damages and the facility is left clean.

*If the building is being rented for a fundraiser to benefit a Fannin County charitable organization, the rental fee is $75/hour. All other fees apply as stated.
