This is a "quick reference" page of frequently asked questions by new homeowners.
Disclosure Packet:
All new owners receive a packet of information from the property management office that contains the official association governing documents. Please become familiar with this information as it outlines the disclosures, by-laws, rules/regulations, and architectural guidelines for our community.
Association Assessments:
Association assessments are payable quarterly. Due dates are the first of the month in January, April, July, and October. A late fee is assessed for payments received after the tenth of the month.
Mail Service:
Mailbox clusters are located throughout the neighborhood. Secure the mailbox number and key from the previous homeowner. Unfortunately, addresses are not displayed on the mailboxes. The main post office that serves our area is located at 1425 North Battlefield Boulevard.
Trash and Recycling:
Pick-up day for trash is every Friday; recycling, every other Friday.
Have you visited the city's website? Items such as City Council and Planning Commission agendas, a list of certified solicitors that can legally solicit door-to-door, streets scheduled to be repaved, and other important Public Works projects are on the website.
