The Annual Meeting is for the election of officers.
Thank you to all who attended the Annual Meeting on August 17, 2021 at Greenbrier Country Club.
We did not have the required quorum (56) with only 37 proxies in hand. However, in the absence of a quorum and due to the existing vacancies, the board appointed new members who are listed under the "Directory" section of this site.
