The Architectural Committee conducts community inspections.
If you receive a violation notice, please take care of the infraction(s) as soon as possible. Once completed, please notify Rose Blankenship, property manager, at (757) 486-6000, in order to be removed from the violation list.
Avoid violation notices by taking care of regular maintenance such as power washing (out green spot!), damaged wood repair, painting, gutters, and cleaning stained fences and roofs.
