- We partner with local schools and members of the community for donations of supplies and resources, if ever needed by families.
- We also provide resources & parenting workshops to help support families and their needs.
OUR MAIN ROLE
The main role of Extended Explorers is to encourage your elementary student to understand that keeping up with their education while they explore fun extracurricular activities or passions, is a very important job currently in their lives. We help elementary students with homework, tutoring, extracurricular activities, find ways to relate to them as a mentor, or simply be there to encourage them to develop self-confidence in particular areas of their life.
Our dedication to the children gives them hope, encouragement and excitement! The children look forward to growing their academic, reading, sports or other skills and they develop a sense of self-worth from knowing that our volunteers are coming just for them each week. It is our hopes that our dedication to your child, will make a lasting impact on their life and help them Explore a world of opportunities!
