“All people deserve the opportunities and resources to fulfill their complete humanity.”
-NAEYC, Anti-Bias EducationWelcome to the Extended Explorers! Our program is more than just educators, volunteers, tutors & community members coming together to help students in need. We are a family and create great relationships with the same goal in common; creating fun & powerful experiences for our elementary children.
Established in November 2018. We are a youth program that provides extended academic support and enrichment activities outside of regular school hours to K-5 elementary school students.
We offer high-quality staff who participate in constant growth and training as volunteers and educators. The diversities of our community allow for our partnership program to be funded by volunteered resources and supporters, such as educators, students, parents and local schools.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 MESSAGE UPDATE
We know that many members of our school communities may be facing challenges and uncertainties with moving forward in this new way of distance learning.
Due to Covid-19 Distance Learning Plan, we have made a few changes to our program's curriculum. We are EXCITED to introduce our NEW ONLINE EXTENDED EXPLORERS PROGRAM.

"Being apart of a community where there is an abundance of youth tutor and enrichment programs for families to enroll their children in throughout the year, offers amazing opportunities for the growth of children. However, some may not realize that there are families living in the same community who may want to offer their children these same opportunities, but may need additional support towards their child's growth and education.
This is why our program was designed to provide children and families of our community opportunities of extended education and extracurricular that will help them grow and succeed in both school and life."
