A new Chaos Box Has been Created and you can now create a TEL lapis of your choice you will need the following items:
A ele 1 of your choice top or weapon
75 Ele lapis fragments of same kind as your ele (fire, Earth, Wind, or Water) that will drop from mobs in OI only
Once you have the correct items you can create the ELE TEL of that type.

x45 Lapisia Fragments (drops from Bosses in Stigma and AZ)
x50 Power or Defense Lapis depending on which one you are making
