Mini Payroll: Tabulation of Payroll & emailing Payslips (MS OUTLOOK) in Password locked zip files (7-Zip)

A mini Payroll excel template which offers the following functions

• CPF Payroll tabulation

• Listing out set of Accounting Entries to be Posted

• Mail Blast: Emailing Payslips to all respective employees (Payslip in PDF zipped up with password )

PS: Created this out of inspiration from MVP Ron De Bruin 's site on zipping files through VBA . Not meant as substitute for cloud payroll solutions which offers integration of expense claims management, leave application management etc

PREREQUISITE: 

1) Requires Microsoft Outlook

2) Requires 7-zip (free) to be installed

Main User Interface

Trigger a Mail blast to respective employees under current payroll with their respective payslips

Payslips are zipped up requiring password before accessing
