Fetal Cardiology, Sydney Australia 2018 

The meeting will provide detailed, up-to-date information on evaluation of various cardiac malformations from both an anatomic and
ultrasound perspective. This course will cover innovations and new discoveries in the field and their future implications for clinical
practice. There will also be a focus on genetic basis of
the cardiac malformations and genetic syndromes that
can be diagnosed in pregnancy.

Foundation Course in Fetal Cardiology 
Our next foundation course will be held in May 2018 at the Marriott Hotel in Central London 
This is a one day course intended for sonographers, doctors and other health professionals wishing to gain familiarity with the assessment of the fetal heart.
Normal cardiac views, consistent with screening guidelines will be covered along with selected cardiac abnormalities. 
This course is aimed at those who wish to become familiar with screening views of the fetal heart or refresh their knowledge / approach in this field. The details of this course can be downloaded below.

Advanced Course in  Fetal Cardiology 
Our advanced course in fetal cardiology will be held in November 2018 at the Marriott Hotel in Central London 

This course covers a wide range of topics including detailed demonstration of the major groups of cardiac abnormalities and a logical approach to assessment of the fetal heart.
Specific areas include abnormalities of the great arteries and of the aortic arch, cardiac asymmetry, early fetal echocardiography and fetal arrhythmias. 
Aside from recognition of abnormalities sessions will include counselling following prenatal diagnosis and associated abnormalities. 

Both courses are supported by Toshiba Medical Systems. Faculty is drawn from the Evelina London Children's Hospital and Harris Birthright, King's College Hospital  (Prof. John Simpson, Prof. Gurleen Sharland, Dr Owen Miller,
Dr Vita Zidere, Dr Marietta Charakida and Dr Trisha Vigneswaran)
