Endurance Time Method (ETM) is a dynamic analysis procedure for seismic assessment of Structures. In ETM, intensifying dynamic excitations are used for response history analysis. By estimating the structural response at all intensity levels in a single response history analysis, ETM can hugely reduce the enormous computational demand of conventional response history based procedures. In this way, it provides a convenient and practical framework for structural design based on optimal seismic performance or optimal value.
This website is designed for the purpose of sharing basic information and promoting best practices in the application of the ET Method.
