Sries h records are 40 sec version of e and f series that were optimized to fit average RS of 7 records for soil C FEMA 440 selected by Mr. Tajmir

Optimization is for 200 Ts in 0-5 sec plus 20 points from T=6 to T=50 secs

acceleration points are in terms of g. Targer time is 10 secs as usual. These are to be used when high excitation levels are required.
