Calls for papers
I keep this list for colleagues deciding where to send a paper. It covers recurring conferences in macroeconomics and general economics, including those run by central banks, grouped by the month each one usually takes place, with the month submissions usually close. Dates move from year to year, so check the current call before you plan around it. Research visits and fellowships at central banks are listed at the end. Last checked in September 2026; if a link breaks, please let me know.
For new calls, check INOMICS and Conference Maker every few weeks. INOMICS lists economics conferences of every kind and quality varies, so look at who organises a meeting before you pay a fee. Conference Maker shows the meetings that take submissions through it and whether each is accepting papers now.
