Uniforms

- Cadets will only wear authorized Air Force JROTC and CAP Ribbons
- Cadets can no longer wear ribbons/medals from Sister Service programs
- Cadets can not wear corresponding ribbons and medals at the same time
Medals can only be worn on the Service Dress and only at a dining in, military ball, or change of command
- Cadet officers will wear their rank on their flight cap
- Enlisted Cadets will wear both sets of rank
Combinations
Uniform "Combos" is an informal term for the arrangement of uniform items to be worn on a certain occasion.
Combination 1: Service dress uniform (service coat, tie or tie tab with ribbons)
Combination 2: Short/Long sleeve shirt and tie or tab with ribbons.
Combination 3: Short Sleeve Shirt, open collar and ribbons
Combination 4: Short Sleeve Shirt, open collar, no ribbons
Combination 5: PT Gear
Combination 6: Corps T-Shirt or Hoodie
Combination 7: Airmen Battle Dress Uniform
Combination 8: Drill Sweats

If I have dyes, do they look natural? Yes
Do I have excessive amounts of grooming aids? No
Male Standards
Is my hair tapered correctly? Yes
Does my hair touch my ears? No
Does my hair exceed 11/4 inches in bulk? No
Does my hair contain foreign items? No
Do I have a beard? No
If I have a mustache, is it behind the lip-line and the corner of the mouth? Yes
Female Standards
Are all my grooming aids similar to my hair color? Yes
Does my hair extend 3 inches in bulk? No
Does my hair include ribbons or jeweled pins? No
