- Determines what is required to join

- Makes sure that cadets who want to join

maintain a specific GPA

- Makes sure that cadets who fit the requirements

are given the opportunity to join

- Sets cadets in the chapter with all they need

-- 'Brother' and 'Sister' to help with the

understanding how the chapter works

-- As well as making sure the cadets in know all they

need to about the chapter and GPA maintenance

- Makes sure the chapter as a whole is running as it should
