Conversions to Online Learning

The following are examples of projects that began with an instructor led course or just a PowerPoint presentation and I was asked to convert as to reach learners beyond the boundaries of the classroom.

The following presentation is on a project I led for the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons for the conversion of didactic courses to a blended/hybrid course model.

Trauma Course: Conversion from Didactic Classroom Model to Blended Learning Model

This project was an Abbott Labs PowerPoint used in the training classroom. The customer wanted to have a micro-lesson approach that was asynchronous as it was for a world wide audience. In the link below, I used Articulate Rise to convert to micro-lesson and now used worldwide.
