The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons did not have a strategic plan to use Learning Analytics as a tool for Needs Assessment according to learner learning needs. I prepared this document presenting a strategy and process to conduct learning analytics for future online and blended course work.
Because of the fragile nature towards acceptance of online education for surgery education. I decided to conduct a mixed method study on the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons towards online education. The results provided insight for leadership to conduct a larger qualitative study towards the same subject.
