Welcome

My name is Jose Miguel Rivera, I go by Mike because of my middle name.  In my 24 years in the field of Instructional Design/Technology/Assessment, I have created asynchronous and synchronous courses, learning environments, and learning ecosystems for a variety of stakeholders in corporate, K-12 institutions, government, and higher education.   I try to laugh as much as I can and I bike for different causes, such as Cure for Diabetes and organizations searching for cancer cures.
