People are welcome to follow Aikido lessons on Monday evenings (18:00 - 19:00), Wednesday mornings (07:00 - 08:00) and Friday evenings (18:00 - 19:00) at The Grote Pyr with our teacher, Lawrence Warry, 5th dan Aikikai.
