There are some dangerous waters ahead if the educational system doesn't change. Those who seek to make changes must be courageous and willing to implement this bill of rights into classrooms across the country. It will not be easy, but it must be done to protect our students and to provide them all with equal access to a free, appropriate, public education. This right has not been granted to all students, and it is our duty as educators to change the system.
