A player can put this delay tool on any other player.
The target must do a judgment during their turn. If it is not a heart, they lose their action phase.
A Negate cannot be used when Capture is placed on a player; it must be used during the judgment phase.
Capture can be removed by using Break or Steal, preventing the player from suffering its effects.
If Capture succeeds, any abilities that the player would normally perform during the action phase are lost and cannot be used for that turn.
A player cannot be targeted with another Capture if they already have one on them. They can only have one of each pending card at any time.
