Dire "Il y a ..."
Pour décrire une image ou dire ce que l'on voit, on utilise l'expression " il y a..." en français. En anglais,

"there ARE" devant un nom PLURIEL. There are 48 teachers in Collège Ausone!
Pour dire "Y a-t-il....?", ce sera donc "IS there ?" ou "ARE there ?"

NB: attention cependant à une autre utilisation de "il y a", celle devant une expression temporelle comme par exemple "il y a deux ans". On utilisera alors le mot AGO.
