Week 11 : Waveguiding (Pattanawit Swanglap)

Hey class -

This week we'll be discussing different types of waveguides after a presentation by Pattanawit Swanglap. Last week's discussion was a bit sparse - I'd like to see more people asking questions both during and after the presentation. If you haven't been speaking much in class, this week would be a great time to make your voice heard.

Please remember to read the paper ahead of time, and come prepared with questions and observations. If you've misplaced your copy of the rough draft for this week, email me for a digital copy. As usual, we'll be meeting in DH 1049.

Also, next week is scheduled for research talks. If you've done some neat research this term, and would like to share that with the class, please let me know.
