Wavefire Heritage [Bloodline]
Prerequisite: Zora
Benefit: You are the descendant of an evolutionary offshoot of the Zora race. Zora of this bloodline have scales which range in color from crimson, to fiery orange, to gold or green, as well as a frill on the head which gives them a passing resemblence to a Sahuagin. You lose any resistance to lightning damage you gained from a racial trait, and instead gain resist fire equal to 5 + one half your level. In addition, replace your Electric Shield racial power with the Spitfire Burst racial power below.
Spitfire Burst
Inhaling deeply, you spit a sticky glob which sets your enemy alight.

Special: When you gain this power, choose Constitution, Dexterity, or Charisma. Use that ability score when making attack rolls and damage rolls with this power.
Hylian Hero Initiate [Lesser Style]
Prerequisites: Fighter or Ranger, proficiency with any one-handed heavy blade, either light and/or heavy shields, and either any bow or any boomerang
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to Athletics checks.
When you are wielding a one-handed heavy blade and using a shield, OR wielding a bow, a slingshot, or boomerang, and you attack with a power associated with this feat, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Constitution modifier.

Hylian Hero Swordmaster [Greater Style]
Prerequisites: Fighter, Hylian Hero Initiate feat
Benefit: When you are attacking with a one-handed heavy blade and using a shield, you gain the following two benefits. When you are at full hit points, you may make melee basic attack against a target within 5 squares of you, and the attack deals radiant damage. This benefit applies only to actual melee basic attacks, not powers that can be used in place of them. In addition, you may use a power associated with this feat in place of a melee basic attack when charging.

Prerequisites: Ranger, Hylian Hero initiate
Benefit: When you are attacking with a bow, a slingshot, or a boomerang, you gain the following two benefits. When you miss with a power associated with this feat, you may reroll the attack roll against a different target within range of the power, and adjacent to the target you missed. In addition, you may use strength instead of dexterity when making ranged attacks with a power associated with this feat.

Courage [Dragonmark]
You gain a +2 feat bonus to save against fear effects. Whenever you hit an enemy with a daily attack power, they take a -2 penalty to attack rolls that have the Fear keyword until the end of the encounter. Attacks with the Rattling keyword do not give you the -2 penalty to attack rolls.
You can master rituals with the Bard prerequisite, and the Steed Summons ritual (Eberron Player's Guide, pg. 119) and the Find the Path ritual (Eberron Player's Guide, pg. 117) as if you had the Ritual Caster feat.
Power [Dragonmark]
You gain a +2 feat bonus to opportunity attack rolls. If your opportunity attack critically hits, the enemy is slowed until the end of your next turn.
You can master and perform rituals of the Binding and Warding categories as if you had the Ritual Caster feat. You can add your Strength modifier to any skill roll for any ritual this feat allows you to master.
Wisdom [Dragonmark]
When you make a Monster Knowledge check, you can roll twice and use either result.
You are fluent in Supernal. If your campaign supports it, you are also fluent in Hylian.
You can master and perform rituals of the Divination category as if you had the Ritual Caster feat.
Curse of the Black Mist
Prerequisites: Deku, Warlock, Fey Pact
Benefit: When your Misty Step pact boon is triggered, you may deal necrotic damage equal to your Charisma modifier to each creature adjacent to you which is under your Warlock's Curse, either before or after the teleport.
Deku Seed Shooter
Prereqisite: Deku, Dex 13
Benefit: You may spit Deku Seeds, using them as a weapon for class powers, paragon path powers, and basic attacks. Your Deku Seeds are in the Sling category, with the Light Thrown, and offhand properties. Your seeds have a +2 Proficiency bonus, do 1d6 damage on a hit, with a range of 10/20. They ignore cover and superior cover in forest and swamp terrain. You may enchant your Deku Seeds as if they were magic weapons, adding their enhancement bonus to attack and damage rolls.
Forest Spirit's Boon
Prerequisites: Deku, Cha 13, any Primal Class
Benefit: When you use a close or area primal attack power and hit every target, you may choose one ally within the attack's area of effect. That ally may regain hit points equal to you Charisma modifier.
Lost in the Forest
Prerequisites: Deku
Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus to AC when you are adjacent to two or more enemies who are larger than you.
Nature's Betrayer
Prerequisites: Deku, Any divine Class
Benefit: When you use a divine power that normally targets undead, you can also target creatures of the fey or plant origin.
Nutshell Shield
Prerequisites: Deku
Benefit: When you take a total defense action, your AC and Reflex defenses gain an additional +2 until the start of your next turn.
Petal Power
Prerequisites: Deku, Fluttering Petal racial power
Benefit: Increase the fly speed granted by your Fluttering Petal racial power to 6. In addition, damage does not halt this movement.
Petal Flurry
Prerequisite: Deku, Dex 13
Benefit: When you make an attack which requires you to weild a melee weapon in each hand, you may shift 1 square before or after the attack. If the power already allows you to shift, you may shift 1 additional square. If a power allows you to make multiple attacks, you may shift before or after any one attack.
Verdent Stalker
Prerequisites: Deku, Rogue, Dex 13
Benefit: When you end your turn in a square containing foliage, undergowth, or other plant materials, you may immediately make a stealth check as a free action to hide.
Biggoron Weapon Prowess
Prerequisites: Goron
Benefit: You gain proficiency with all simple and military two-handed melee weapons and a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls with such weapons. The bonus increases to +3 at 11th level and +4 at 21st level.
Dodongo's Bane
Prerequisites: Goron, Alchemist feat
Benefits: You may create volatile-category alchemical items up to your level + 2, instead of just up to your level. You also gain a +2 to attacks with volatile-category items.
Goron Poise
Prerequisite: Goron, Con 13
Benefit: You may replace any utility power of 2nd level or higher with the Goron Curl power below.

Effect: You curl into a ball. Until the stance ends, you gain Resist 5 to all damage, but cannot make any attacks other than charge attacks, bull rushes, and your Rolling Spike Charge racial power. While curled up, you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls with charge attacks, bull rushes, and your Rolling Spike Charge racial power (this is in addition to the attack bonus for charging).
Rune Hammer
Prerequisites: Goron, Swordmage, Swordmage Warding, Con 13
Benefit: You may use Hammers and Maces as Implements for Swordmage powers and paragon path powers with the Implement Keyword, and your Swordbond and Swordmage Warding class features function with Hammers and Maces, instead of just Light Blades and Heavy Blades.
Spirit of the Restful Hero
Prerequisites: Goron
Benefit: After an extended rest, you gain a +2 feat bonus to your next Endurance check, and you regain an extra 2 hit points when you next spend a healing surge.
Stone's Vigor
Prerequisites: Goron, Fighter, Battlerager Vigor
Benefits: When you score a critical hit with a power with the Invigorating keyword, you may roll a saving throw against one effect on you that a save can end.
Surprising Roll
Prerequisites: Goron, Rolling Spike Charge racial power, trained in Athletics
Benefits: You gain combat advantage against any enemy you damage with your Rolling Spike Charge racial power.
Arcane Fisherman
Prerequisites: Zora, any arcane class
Benefit: You can use the longspear, crossbow, and hand crossbow as implements. When you do so, you do not add the weapon's proficiency bonus.
Electric Angler
Prerequisites: Zora, Electric Shield racial power, trained in Arcana
Benefit: Each creature who takes damage from your Electric Shield racial power is marked by you until the end of your next turn.
Impaling Sneak Attack
Prerequisites: Zora, Rogue, Sneak Attack
Benefit: You may use a spear, longspear, or trident for Rogue powers and Paragon path powers which require a Light Blade, and may Sneak Attack with spears and polearms. You reduce Sneak Attack damage by one die when using a spear, longspear, or trident.
Oceanic Enmity
Prerequisites: Zora, Avenger, oath of enmity power, Electric Shield power
Benefit: If the target of your oath of enmity is the enemy who triggered your Electric Shield power, you can make two attack rolls and use either result, as if you were making a melee attack against the target.
Undersea Clamour
Prerequisites: Zora, Bard.
Benefit: When you use your Electric Shield racial power, all allies who can see you gain a +1 power bonus to their next attack roll against the enemy that hit you.
Distracting Burns
Prerequisite: Zora, Wavefire Heritage
**Benefit:* When you hit with your Spitfire Burst racial power, the target grants combat advantage to all attackers until the end of your next turn.
Whirling Blades
Prereqisite: Zora, Dex 13
Benefit: You may use your Arm Fins as a weapon with class powers, paragon path powers, and basic attacks. Your Fins are in the Unarmed and Light Blade categories, with the offhand and defensive properties, they have a +3 Proficiency bonus, do 1d6 damage on a hit. They do not suffer a penalty to attacks made underwater. You may enchant your fins as if they were magic weapons, adding their enhancement bonus to attack and damage rolls. In addition, you may detach your Arm Fins and use them as Light Thrown weapons with a range of 6/12. They return to your hand after thrown, even if they are not magical.
Deku Bombardment
Prerequisites: 11th level, Deku, Fluttering Petal racial power
Benefit: When you use your Fluttering Petal racial power, the first enemy you move adjacent to grants combat advantage to you and your allies until the end of your next turn.
Petal Boost
Prerequisites: 11th level, Deku, Fluttering Petal racial power
Benefit: When you use your Fluttering Petal racial power, you may push any creatures next to you one square.
Invincible Boulder
Prerequisites: 11th level, Goron, Rolling Spike Charge racial power
Benefit: When performing your Rolling Spike Charge racial power, you do not provoke opportunity attacks.
Eel's Retort
Prerequisites: 11th level, Zora, Electric Shield racial power
Benefit: When you activate your Electric Shield racial power in response to a melee attack, the creature that dealt the triggering attack is dazed until the end of your next turn.
Luminous Flames
Prerequisite: 11th level, Zora, Wavefire Heritage
Benefit: When you hit with your Spitfire Burst racial power, the target generates bright light out to 5 squares and cannot benefit from concealment or total concealment until it saves against the ongoing damage.
Reaching Threat
Prerequisites: 11th level, Zora, Fighter
Benefit: While wielding a spear, longspear, or trident, you may make opportunity attacks and use your Combat Superiority class feature on any enemy which is within your reach, instead of those who are adjacent to you.
Wide Fire
Prerequisite: 11th level, Zora, Wavefire Heritage
Benefit: When you use your Spitfire Burst racial power, you may choose to make the attack an Area Burst 1 within a number of squares equal to the power's range.
Spring's Renewal
Prerequisites: 21st level, Deku, Fluttering Petal racial power
Benefit: When you use your second wind, you regain the use of your Fluttering Petal racial power.
Deku Seed Mastery
Prerequisites: 21st level, Deku, Deku Seed Shooter feat
Benefit: When you make a ranged attack with your Deku Seeds, you can score a critical hit on a roll of 19-20.
Death Mountain's Boulder
Prerequisites: 21st level, Goron, Rolling Spike Charge racial power
Benefit: When you reduce a nonminion enemy to 0 hit points, you regain the use of your Rolling Spike Charge.
Concussive Shield
Prerequisites: 21st level, Zora, Electric Shield racial power
Benefit: Enemies damaged by your Electric Shield racial power are pushed a number of squares equal to your Dexterity modifier.
