LibreOffice is a fork of OpenOffice.org. At present, LibreOffice is being developed at a quicker pace than OpenOffice.org and, as a result, is the preferred free, libre, and open source cross-platform office suite. If you have OpenOffice.org installed, if possible, please uninstall (delete) it and then download and install the latest version of LibreOffice (at present: version 3.4.4). If you don't have OpenOffice.org installed, all you need to do is to download and install LibreOffice. Finally, if you already have a version of LibreOffice installed (either 3.3.x or 3.4.x), you should be okay. :-)
If you can use LibreOffice Writer for this paper, please download the .zip file below, unzip it, and begin by reading README.TXT, which is (hopefully) self-explanatory. Note that you'll still need the style sheet.
If you're a Microsoft Word user, this may be a good opportunity to try LibreOffice Writer. :-) It comes with built-in help and there is good documentation available for those who wish to delve more deeply.
If you feel that you have no choice but to use Microsoft Word, DOC files are provided as a workaround, but these are untested and very probably don't completely faithfully reflect the ODT files (see README.TXT).
Note added on 2016/03/04: The previous version (v1.0b) of the EISS LibreOffice Writer style package was used for EISS 9. The present version (v1.0c) is the result of a small cleanup that doesn't affect the look/style.
