If you wish to cite EISS 9 or a paper in EISS 9:
EISS 9 does not have a publisher in the traditional sense, but if you prefer or are asked to indicate a publisher, the most appropriate choice would be to give "CSSP" as the publisher and "Paris" as the place. ("CSSP" could be spelled out as "Colloque de Syntaxe et Sémantique à Paris (CSSP)" if necessary.)
