There are many, very subtle elements that contribute to optimal health. Often, even the smallest change can bring more balance and improve well-being; whether it be through drinking a glass of clean water instead of soda or coffee, taking time each day to sing/hum/drum/whistle, finding five minutes to pray or meditate regularly, and making laughter part of your daily regimen. Try one small change in your life, like eating fermented vegetables to improve digestion, juggling to improve memory and concentration, or Super Brain Yoga (see below). Do it for a week, and ask your body how it feels, from the inside. Listen for a response from your body, not your mind. Then write me about what you notice. I love hearing how people are finding health and wellness in their lives.
Below are some of the resources that have been helpful/healthful for myself and others, in no particular order. Feel free to suggest those that you find helpful or fun! Drop me a note, I'd love to hear what works for you. Resources are updated often. Check back for updates!
