1. Need to allow more voices to be heard and more topics to be suggested.
2. Instead of a weekly poll, topics would be decided during the first few minutes of Tuesday's chat.

1. Take turns to moderate weekly #edsg.
2. #edsg folks suggest topics by 7pm (Mon) for discussion. Moderator to set up poll by Mon night (7pm). Poll to close on 7pm the next day (Tue)
3. Possible topics to be discussed
   • current topics
   • scan that week's tweets for some inspiration
   • conferences: talking points, takeaways
   1. The #edsg chat will continue over the next few days. Moderator to summarize the main points.
   2. Keep weekly chat and topic summaries in this Google Site (proposed by @engrg1).
   3. Moderator to Storify some the chat if he or she has time (proposed by @engrgr1).

Promoting #edsg

1. Community members will promote #edsg at any opportunity that arises, e.g., conferences, workshops, meetings, etc.
2. If a member is conducting a workshop, community members will try to assist by 'live' tweeting or otherwise supporting the workshop.
3. Where possible, community members will try to influence policy and practice for the use of Twitter and involvement in #edsg as a means of informal professional development/PLN.
