Country day is a monthly activity where E3 members focus on various countries and learn about them. The general layout of country day is: we have about an hour of presentations about that month’s country, then we have a potluck lunch where everybody brings food from that country to share. After lunch we do another half hour of presentations, then finish the day by playing Jeopardy to see what everyone learned. A presentation can be anything about the country. Some mainstream ideas are: talking about geography, culture, and language, but you can do anything you want to do. You could sing a song from that country, read a myth from it, do a dance that is performed in that country, or teach us how to play that countries main sport. The more creative the demonstration, the more interesting it is for the group. Country day allows us to learn about the world and get used to speaking in front of a live audience. Please e-mail the group what food you are bringing and I will add it to a Google document, the same one used for presentations.

If you would like to present at this month's country, then send us an E-mail at "sassyparrot99@gmail.com or ". If you are doing a presentation using a computer, then please share the file with us and send us an email by the Friday before Country Day in the evening
The supported technology includes Google Documents, OpenOffice, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Isaac has set up a Google Doc for everyone to sign up for presentations and tell what food they are bringing.
