Notes: The skiathlon is a 10K race that will begin with Classic Technique. After one lap of the 5K course, competitors will use the transition zone to switch to Skate Technique and complete another lap of the same course. There will be a transition “pit” next to the start to switch skis. Each team will be allotted one zone in this area. Please limit your team’s equipment to this area. There will be V-boards to demarcate these zones.

The genders are combined. The qualifier time will seed the quarterfinal heat placements. The heat placement for the following rounds is determined as follows:
